If you’re here, you’ve likely been considering therapy for some time, wondering if it will help, and trying to figure out who to call and how to know if it’s a good fit.
Starting therapy can bring up many emotions.
Maybe you’ve been in therapy before, but it never quite felt right. Or perhaps you’ve never seen a therapist and aren’t sure what to ask because you don’t really know what you’re looking for.
If you’re considering therapy, I encourage you to schedule a complimentary call. It’s the quickest way for us to get to know each other and see what it’s like to talk. You can share what’s on your heart without any pressure to discuss anything you’re not ready to explore. If we decide to move forward together, there will be plenty of time and space to delve into everything that’s going on for you.

Driving Directions
From Downtown Sacramento (around J St / 10th–12th St):
Head east on J Street toward 12th Street.
Continue straight for about 0.3 mi until you see Four Seasons Counseling at University & 12th—it's on the north side, just before the crosswalk.
Turn left onto University Avenue (after passing Four Seasons).
Drive about 0.2 mi. Pass Law Offices of Michelle Stowell at Suite 220 on the south side—shortly after, look for Suite 215 above it.
Pull into the lot or street parking, then walk to the building entrance where you’ll find Suite 215.
Approaching from I‑80 East / Capitol Corridor (via Capitol Mall):
Take I-80 East and exit at Capitol Mall.
Follow Capitol Mall eastbound straight through downtown, continuing as it becomes J St.
Proceed about 1 mi on J St, past the tower of Freeman Law Firm (Suite 330)—you'll see its signage near 5th or 6th—signaling you're approaching University Ave.
Turn right onto 12th St, then left immediately onto University Ave.
Go east on University approximately 0.1 mi, where you’ll find your building with Suites 220/215 on the right.
Park, enter, and head up to Suite 215.
